Can I update the firmware via my Apple MacBook?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to update the firmware using an Apple MacBook, or other Apple OS computers. Firmware updates can currently only be completed when using a PC running either Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10.
