How can I enable/disable the Ugoos Launcher?
Ugoos provides the ability to install any available launcher from Google Play, so you're not locked into uLauncher.
The general way to switch launchers on these boxes is through Android's home-app setting:
- Go to Settings → Apps (on some firmware: Device Preferences → Apps, or look for a "Home app"/"Default launcher" option under settings).
- Find the Home app / Default launcher setting.
- Select uLauncher to enable it, or pick another installed launcher (the stock Google/Android TV launcher, or one you installed from Play Store) to effectively disable uLauncher.
After you pick a different home app, pressing the Home button takes you to that launcher instead. To come back, repeat the steps and re-select uLauncher.
The exact menu path varies a bit between firmware versions (Android 11 vs the newer Android 14 builds)
