What is Ugoos warranty policy?

Ugoos offers a 1-Year warranty on our entire product range. Our 1-Year warranty is handled directly by the Ugoos Authorized Reseller you purchase from. It is their responsibility to provide the appropriate R.M.A service solely for the customers that purchase directly from them. They will handle all R.M.A (repairs / replacements) locally - benefiting you, as the customer, by reducing the procedure time and improving the service offered. If an extended warranty period is a legal requirement in your region this shall be offered on behalf of your local Ugoos Authorized Reseller. Ugoos does not handle R.M.As directly, however we actively work with all our Ugoos Authorized Resellers to ensure they provide the correct warranty policy in their region for their customers.
