Why does internal storage of Ugoos devices does not match with the official specs?

Android System is a complex and compiles a lot of different parts together.

The internal storage of the device separated on parts: pre-installed apps and the Android Operating System occupy some storage space. Any Android smartphone or iPhone also has the same storage spread system.
